Pensioners' Center

Do you really think we need a building such as Pensioners' Center? Is it more important than a new place for younger people?

I don't understand why this building should be constructed right in the center of the town. It's situated in one of the most beautiful places in Valjevo. It's made in the most modern way, designed by experienced and educated architects. Reflective glass, used for this building, is a material which is rarely used in our country, and it's often used only for expensive hotels.

Pensioners' Center is actually a well-designed building made in an attractive style, but it simply doesn't fit in with other buildings which surround it. And what most of people wonder is why such a modern Pensioners' Center should be made in small town like Valjevo.

The most confusing thing after all is the fact that it was built right next to the Youth Center, which is, by the way, a very old and ruined building in a really bad condition.

So, it's up to you to decide - was this a clever investment or not?
